You need:
Cucumber(peeled n diced) 1 cup
Tomato ( diced) 3/4 cup
Khubus/ pita 1 nos(medium)
Mint leaves 1/2cup
Coriander leaves 1/cup
Lemon juice n Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut open the khubus into two parts, toast them and break them into medium sized pieces.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and half the quantity of khubus.
Just before serving toss in the remaining khubus and serve
