Gothumai ravai Kheer/ Cracked wheat/Dalia Kheer
I love adding sago or javvarisi especially the large ones but its purely optional. If you are making this kheer in a large quantity the pressure cook the gothumai ravai for a whistle then continue with the recipe or if you want it lighter skip the condensed milk and milk powder.
Sending this tasty tasty kheer to jiva- wedding feast guest hosted by Priya of Akshayapaatram event by Indira and to Shama's Kheer festival and to Priya Suresh's CWS-cardamom seeds and finally to Divya's show-me-your-wholegrains
