Rajma or kidney beans is very rich soluble fiber and helps in reducing cholestrol. Making kheer in Rajma is something unusual. Its very tasty n healthy too. When you want to make something different try out this kheer and you will definitely love it. Sending this to Anitha's Vegetable Marathon-Beans , and to Priya's CWS- cardamom seeds and to MLLA # 22 guest hosted by Ruchika event by Susan and  finally to Kheer festival event by Shama.

You need:
Rajma                                1cup
Milk                                   3cups
Sugar                                 3/4- 1 cup
Condensed milk                 2tbsp
Salt a very small pinch
Cardamom seeds/ powder   1tsp
MTR's Badam feast             1tbsp
Cashew                               1tbsp
Raisins                                 1tbsp
Ghee                                    1tbsp

Preparation:
Soak the rajma overnight and cook till soft, then blend them to a paste.
If you are using cardamom seeds just powder them with a little sugar
Boil the milk  and add in the rajma paste and mix well.
Add in sugar, cardamom seeds, Badam feast, condensed milk and salt and cook till the kheer thickens.
Fry the cashews n raisins in ghee and add to the kheer.
