Fruit custard

This is a very easy n tasty dessert to prepare, Add fruits to your choice, there is no stead fast rules. I wanted to have a colourful combo so I added  Grapes for green, orange for orange, banana for white, n marashino cherries for red colour,  n decorated with marashino cherries.  More than anything adding the cherries adds a new dimension to the custard and gives a new taste. this is my son's favorite. Sending them to Veggie/ Fruit a month- Cherry guest hosted by  Umm Mymoonah event by Priya




You need:
Milk                             500ml + 2tbsp
Custard powder            2tbsp
Sugar                           1/3cup
Condensed milk             2-3tbsp
Grapes                         15nos(halved)
Orange                         1nos(cubed)
Banana large                 1nos(chopped)
Marashino Cherry      10-12 nos(halved)
Cherries to decorate

Preparation:

Mix the custard powder with 2tbsp of milk n keep aside.
Boil 500ml of milk with sugar n condensed milk, Off the flame n Mix in the milk n custard mixture well .
return to fire n Cook them till they turn into a thick consistency, take care not to have any lumps.
Cool the custard, Add in the fruits n Regrigerate them
When you serve Decorate with cherries n Serve Immediately
