This month AWED is going to the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA or KSA.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is known for its abundant traditional dishes whichn mirrors the tradition of the different regions n people who are there. The main staples being made from rice, wheat n vegetables. Al- kabsa is one of the famous dishes that you will find in KSA. The Saudi Cuisine may be varied but is very rich n more cosmopolitan.Their Cuisine is also influenced by their holy book The Quran where halal food is only allowed n pork or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Arabic Tea or Khawa is a famous custom used in both casual n formal meetings. The tea is black without milk n has herbal flavourings in that. Arabic unleavened bread or Khobz is eaten with almost all meals n other favorites include shawarma, foul meddemas, felafel, n muttabeq.
You can also find an array of sweets like kunafa, baklawa, kamaruddin, muhallabiya etc. Though there are many non- vegetarian dishes in Saudi Cuisine You can still find vegetarian dishes there.
