Tandoori Gobi Butter Masala

12:16 Niloufer Riyaz 30 Comments

I like trying out any different curry I taste while dining out. Most of the time I Succeed by making the gravy of the same taste. One such is this Tandoori Gobi Butter Masala. We had this with Naan in a local restaurant here in UAE n we really liked it. Never had Tandoori Gobi masala all we have had is Butter chicken or paneer Butter masala. This was completely new. Tandoori Gobi n rich n smooth sauce. The first time I prepared I grilled the gobi but yesterday I was a bit lazy to take out my grill so I Grilled them on stove top.
Very easy to prepare n yet tasty too. You can alter any items in the dish but not the kasuri methi, it adds to the perfect flavour n taste. I've used Cashew n Almond paste, You can substitute with thick cream also.
