Blogging after a long time! wow!! love that beautiful feeling I get when I blog. Hope to blog frequently!!. Now coming to the recipe!! If I would tell you that you can prepare Rasmalai in 20 minutes would you believe me??
You have to. Because today Iam going to share that recipe with you. Went to a relatives house sometime ago for dinner. I was served soft n delicious Rasmalais. When I told her that the dessert was delicious and asked for the recipe she told its very easy and that it can be prepared in 20 minutes..How astonishing but true.
I immediately tried the recipe at home and voila it was really super easy. Another plus point is that you can make them very rich or make it a low fat dessert. Yes the original recipe calls for full fat milk, milk powder butter n sugar but I  substituted that for skimmed milk, lowfat milk powder, lite-butter n artificial sweetners. the alternative recipe is equally delicious.
I will share both the recipes with you. Sending them to Any One Can Cook event hosted by Ayeesha of
Taste of Pearl City and to New year new dish event by Nupur.
