Once again laddus in microwave but this time with Matta rice flakes. The matta rice is typically used in kerala cuisine and is typical whole grain, very very healthy especially fo the kids. This is very easy to make within 5 minutes in a microwave. It tasted great and I found an easy way to make jr eat wholegrains without any fuss.
